Zubin BamjiAs Marketing & Brand Officer for the American Red Cross National Headquarters in Washington , DC , Zubin leads the organization's marketing efforts to get more people engaged in the mission and activities of the 150-year-old institution, the world's number one nonprofit brand. He is currently developing the organization's first membership and customer relationship management (CRM) program and also building an extensive consumer strategy based upon market segmentation and a focus on new product development. Prior to the Red Cross, Zubin served as National Public Radio's (NPR) Director of Brand Management, building and developing the company's marketing department with the goal of increasing listenership and positioning the organization as one of the most respected producers of news, talk and entertainment programming in the world. During his five years at NPR, audience increased by over 6 million listeners, an almost unheard of increase in the highly competitive media landscape. Zubin's marketing experience includes senior positions at Ogilvy Worldwide, one of the world's top advertising and PR agencies. His clients included US Airways, MCI, The US Department of Transportation (DOT) and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). Zubin's marketing career began at The Gillespie Agency in South Carolina where he rose to Director of Media & Public Relations and supported clients such as Ducane Grills and Furnaces, Young Pecan Corporation, and SCANA Corporation. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in marketing and advertising from the University of South Carolina . Joe KoenigJoe Koenig is an expert at corporate communications, media relations and special events management. With 10 years at the one of the largest companies in the world - Ford Motor Company - Koenig is experienced in vastly different core areas of business, including engineering, marketing, manufacturing, information technology, product development, purchasing and sales. Koenig specializes in corporate reputation and managing complex, difficult or negative issues. He also is skilled at identifying a company's most compelling stories and leveraging them in a creative, credible and high-impact fashion. Koenig has announced major new products, national advertising campaigns and billions of dollars of investment in manufacturing facilities and technologies. He has served as a corporate spokesperson, counseled Fortune 500 vice-presidents and been a member of management operating committees. His experience includes coordinating hundreds of media interviews at large international trade-show announcements; writing speeches, news announcements, and technical materials; and supervising the design of detailed media kits and websites. Earlier this decade, Koenig managed the introduction and launch of the Ford Escape sport-utility vehicle and oversaw the original announcement of the Escape Hybrid. He also led the launch of the new Ford Focus, securing the North American "Car of the Year" award, which is voted on by 50 of North America 's leading automotive journalists. Koenig recently was responsible for the redesign of Ford's global Media Website - http://media.ford.com - and supervised the Media Information Center , an entry point for media calls into the company. He also handled numerous media inquiries regarding supplier bankruptcies. Koenig began his career at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide in Chicago and also has done public relations for Business Week magazine. Koenig is a member of the Automotive Press Association and a graduate of Michigan State University 's School of Journalism. James J. DeverJames J. Dever is director of public relations and communications for SAP AG, the world's leading provider of collaborative e-business solutions. In this role, he oversees worldwide public relations, executive and field communications activities for SAP's small and midsize business solutions group, as well as SAP's partner and services and support business units. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Dever served as vice president and director of Corporate Affairs-Philadelphia for Mellon Financial Corporation, responsible for Mellon's charitable giving, public relations, communications and corporate events activities in the Philadelphia and southern New Jersey region. In that role, he also oversaw media relations for Mellon's corporatewide Retail Financial Services activities. Mr. Dever also served as manager of media relations for Mellon Financial Corporation in Pittsburgh , Pa. , responsible for media relations activities for Mellon's diverse business lines and regional entities in national, regional and trade industry media. He also served as senior media and communications specialist after joining Mellon in 1991. Mr. Dever is a former member of the board of directors of the Delaware Valley Grantmakers and a member of the business advisory board of Taller Puertorriqueno. He holds a bachelor's degree in humanities and communications from Drexel University and a master's degree in journalism from Temple University. Abhi RajmaneAbhi Rajmane is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Naperville, Ill.-based NABROS Inc, a leading provider of technology and business process optimization solutions. A nine-year GAP (AS/IS) analysis and business re-engineering specialist, Abhi's expertise has helped various Fortune 500 companies optimize their production planning, sales, and distribution. He currently manages worldwide operations and actively participates in implementation projects. Prior to founding NABROS, Abhi served three years as a Business and Technology Integration expert at Chicago-based Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, where he was responsible for implementing invoicing functionality on SAP and the EDI subsystem - Gentran. He also developed solutions to optimize the company's internal and external customer transactional requisites, resulting in an efficient delivery and invoicing process. Before Wrigley, Abhi served three years at Lisle, Ill.-based Molex, the world's second-largest manufacturer of electronic, electrical and fiber optic interconnection products and systems. At Molex, Abhi developed and implemented SAP/EDI solutions resulting in the significant revenue generation and cost savings. An avid tennis player and fan, Abhi also enjoys playing team sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.
